1. There's already a forum to talk about relationships. It's like the 3rd hotspot where newblets post. Why did I expect you to even know an already existing forum that is meant for that use, I really have no clue.

2. The forums isn't for "rumors or gossip", well, its whole premise or meaning isn't excluded just for those two delightful things that many crave to stick their greasy semen internet fingers in.
If you wanted that, you can go into a newb's thread in The Lounge if you are interested in stupid s--- like that.
tl;dr
nobody wants that or cares
3. Since spammers tend to have epileptic lulz seizures that require them to clog spam into the toilet that has no legitimate meaning or origin of importance is blundered into "offensive content" so GTQ Guy can lay off a few bricks from his gigantic E-Weenus and so that they don't have to go through extra measures. The offensive button doesn't even work for GTQ plebby commoners, it's meant for the noble dick suckers like the moderators or whatever staff that cowardly hides behind the backdrop and feeds grapes into GTQ Guy's a--hole. They are the only ones that can delete spam and accommodate order. (well.. lol come on they at least try)
The spam button is completely useless.
1) Spammers sometimes post "offensive" (this site hates any sort of different rhetoric and defies nuance, get used to it) content sooo, why?
2) Moderators (sometimes) are there to take care of stuff anyways.
But if they could implement a system that could somehow grant regular users that are qualified to withhold a deletion feature, then I would agree on those terms. But..

1714, I knew that, but front porches are used to have gossip and rumors often. I said change the front porch and add a bedroom forum as a suggestion. I'm sorry that that caused a fight!!!
Also, I'm not into rumors or gossip, but other people are!!!
Thirdly, I don't know why everyone's giving me a hard time on this sight!!! Every time I try to start a conversation or something, some people point out a bit of corrections and stuff, I'm okay with that. I respond to them. Then suddenly, some new/familiar guy is saying I'm dumb, awful, annoying, stupid, and that I should leave! And, I'm good at defending myself against all of that, but every time I have a conversation it happens on this sight... Where I see others are best friends... Did I do something to offend people? Please tell me what I did. -

This site is layered like a drama-ran, meme-ridden high school cake with lulzy makeshift dictatorship, older users that think they're the absolute s--- even though the moderators could flip all of asses into the dust but choose not to, and newblets that are clueless like a prosti in the back of a Taco Bell. Many users are wired to jump on anyone that speeds a (useless) idea or word from the whim of their cheeto crumby keyboard and into the bowels of GTQ. This is pretty much tormoil, a lolcow wheel with a system where
1) Bambi-esque newb dares step beyond a dwindling line that separates the asshurt users
2) Oldf a g s charge and disagree with what they have to say and possibly mock them
3) it over LOL
4) diddun do nuffin
The process can date back to the fun and exciting times of 2009-2013 GTQ History, where Neanderthal basement-dwellers have been shooting sxe hate beams at newbs and drama implodes from there. It is their genetic pulse to create lulz material everywhere, and through hilarious toxic accidents, teh interwebs have passed down this inevitable trait in every oldf a g. -
