Not going to do anything about JaneDoe's "offensive comment" because it wasn't directed towards you. If you weren't aware, they haven't said anything to anyone who posts in their thread. You mistakenly posted at the same time they posted song lyrics. Every time.
As for the spammers you listed, yes, we're taking care of them already. -

They don't know you, it's a private thread in which they've been posting cryptic song lyrics for a really long time, the hostility would have come out of absolutely nowhere, they said, "if I stand outside your house blaring that song", suggesting that they know where the actual target of the lyrics lives. I'm assuming they don't know where you live. You really just need to learn to put the pieces together yourself. This was obviously not about you.
