Ban Lancashire and Dorkyshire and etcs.

Yorkshire and Lancashire are the same user. They are causing disruption. They should be banned, because they are TheBlackApple. Also I think they are the other Yorkshire/Lancashire and ....shire accounts. Trying to disrupt a website with fighting a war on it.
