^But the bad thing about that, is that you would have to start again because you would be a newbie and have a join date of May 2016. You wouldn't get the benefits of being a Junior. Your post time would be 35 seconds and you can't have a profile picture unless you link a quiz, and you can't post links or pictures.

explain how being able to change usernames is a good thing
I literally do not see anything good about it besides the fact that you can change your name -

The problem with changing usernames is that someone can take your old username. Let's say that, for example, I decide I want to change my username to Big Sis Natien or Natien or whatever. I change my name. That means that Dark22978 is now up for grabs and someone can pretend to be me. Either that, or my old username is gone forever, and there's no way to prove if I'm Dark22978 or if someone else is or whatever. Of course those problems can be avoided but with the simplicity of GTQ's layout it's doubtful that it can be pulled off, in my opinion.

What if...we're allowed to change our usernames only once or twice? And our old username is being showed for some days in bracket just near our new username or inside our profile page?

That might not be a bad idea, actually. I mean, as long as there is a trace to what you changed your name from, that wouldn't be too bad. And perhaps once a username is changed, the previous username cannot be taken unless the old owner wants to change it back?

Where one cannot change @itsaadee but can always change aadee (username) -
That is quite nice. Perhaps in the profile it could say,
*used to be ___________ -
Yeah, it is good. It could be better. Say, I have changed my name to Username from Jeeshan. Nobody will be permitted or allowed to change their usernames to Jeeshan for a limited time, say 60 days. (And between those 60 days, I will be able to take my old username back) After that number of days, one will be allowed to take the name Jeeshan and I would not be able to undo.

I recommend just choosing a decent username in the first place so you don't regret it later and end up with this problem in the future.
