I created one yesterday evening and I tried this morning and just now but it still doesn't let me. I'm sure it used to be about once every 6 hours or something like that. Has it changed?

It's one every 24 hours.

When was this changed? Because I remember a few months ago I could make 2 in a day.

I'm able to make one every 8 hours, so yeah.

Works for me. I can make on every six to eight hours.

Surprisingly I seem to have a problem with this but no one else does and I don't know why.
