Those people are spamming to level up. It fills space in the recent quizzes that could be reserved for a quiz someone actually put effort into.

Making 1 question quizzes is not good. GTQ says that the minimum number of questions should be 12 -- including age and gender questions. Yet some people do it (and I am one of them). There is a way to make one-question quizzes but I don't feel good sharing it. Not because it took me ages to discover, but because many are against it.
(And oh oh those quizzes ain't spam quizzes, some quizzes really need only one question) -
They are spam quizzes. Do you know what you call a quiz with only one question? A question. Take that s--- to the forums instead of wasting space with a full quiz.
