If someone insults me saying some inappropriate words like "motherf---er, b----, stupid, liar, idiot" in a rude manner, given that the construction of sentence looks offensive, will it be acceptable if I make a thread in order to report that user?

look man everybody's gonna have that experience. it happens all the time, especially on the internet
if they said something TRULY offensive like slurs, something overly violent/sexual, etc. then yes i think you can report it. but cussing isn't against the rules -

well, they can't get banned but if they do this to you over and over then i think you can ask one of the mods to tell the dude to stop
