The reason that happens is because most spammers and trolls are Newbies and Novices.

Well that's not true. It's a glitch.

It takes time to move up a level. Well, that's not the case with Newbie to Novice. You can become a Novice in a day. In a way, it's like a fill up of the quick gap in between the two status. Idk if that makes sense or not.. It's hard to explain.

I think it happened to me. I don't really remember though. It probably happened to at least 75% or more of the people on GTQ. I may be wrong though.
