Yeah, a lot of people have made them. Not a lot of people have cared. It usually makes others feel like they aren't good enough. I don't see the point because you don't know all the users. You haven't been here long enough to know all the mods either. Ya know? People usually go and pick their friends.
For the quizzing one, nah. A lot of pointless quizzes are out there. A lot if good ones too. It would be stupid because what about the people who tried? Not everyone will succeed. Why make it so people say "No. Your quiz isn't good enough to win." Why make a popularity contest? You see?
That's just my opinion though. I'm sure you could do a contest thing better than I just described, but I find it controversial. -
