My avatar,which I have changed many times in the past, will not change. I've tried to do it on my Iphone and IPod. I pick out the photo and it loads and says ratio, so I refresh the page and it stays the same.

When it says ratio, I think it's too big or wide. Which photo are you trying to use? Try cropping it.

Oh okay, I'll try that. I've tried alot of photos. What size range is it, 100x100?

I don't think you can even get a.profile picture on an iPhone/ iPod or any type of phone. Though ratio does mean that it's too wide or tall in comparison to the other dimension (height or width) of the picture

I can change mine on my iPod sooo...
The dimensions don't have to be exact. It just can't be too wide or long.
