"Use of GoToQuiz.com is not permitted for minors under the age of 15."
I have decided to test this theory.
I first attempted to make an account with the birthday of a twelve year old (2/22/03).
I received this message:

But then I went on a different wi-fi network and created the account under the birthday of a 13 year old (2/22/02).
What resulted was this account.
Therefore, we can conclude that the age minimum is 13 years.
I was right.

If that's true, then how come some older users way back in '12 who were 12 at that time were able to create an account?

You can join when you're thirteen, but it's preferred at fifteen since some under thirteen can be such annoying little things.
