Thread Topic: I can't change my profile picture.

When I first came on the site I was using a dsi, so I used my friend's kindle to add a profile picture. My current picture was turned sideways, which I dislike.
The way my phone is set up, my downloaded pictures are under the title documents on the internet, so the only way I can change my picture is by taking a picture.
I've tried to do this countless times, but to no success.
Any ideas? -
Is it possible to use another device?

@lions: I've tried that, but it said I was using a file that could not be uploaded. -
I don't think phones let you change profile pics...

They do, because I always change my profile pictures on my phone, which is what the screenshot was taken on.
