The mods can see what these users do. Gtq guy doesn't. Just let the mods handle this.

Actually, GTQ Guy does see them. Us mods have been keeping in touch and have been posting links to trolls and such. Either way, yeah, these little newblets can calm down with the whole reporting thing.

Sometimes, people report other users for the mods to see, not GTQ Guy. The mods can't be on 100% of the time (they have lives too), and might miss something if it happened during an otherwise semi-dead time.
