It's someone who constantly posts spam or nonsense for no reason. Probably to get attention.

If you were paying attention yesterday, you'll find that we were already discussing this issue.

They make too much for anyone to mark offensive at one time. Not only that but they hop into a new account when the post time gets too high. It's really frustrating and a waste of time to even try to mark it. Your best solution is to ignore them- do not enage a conversation, taunt them, or warn them when you will mark their posts- and wait until some of us figure out what to email GTQ Guy to ask for more assistance on the matter.
