On the bottom right of the message box, there will be a faint gray font that says: Offensive?. You have two selections, you can choose no if you don't and want it to fade away or choose yes to complete your request. It will give you a sincere "Thank You." afterwards if you choose yes. But the offensive button works only if you're a high-leveled user supposedly. It has been tested by a moderator, Dark, and it's mostly Experienced+(Up) statuses that it mainly takes effect on.

But lower-level user can make effect, but just not as much, so it takes more lower level users to actually gray it out.
