So, when making a quiz that is in "The Test" category, it gives you the option to write explanations for the correct answers. But these explanations don't show up anywhere else. Is it just me or a glitch in the site or something else?

Elaborate. Are you asking why the explanations for correct answers only show up in "The Test" category but not any other category? If you are, I don't think it's a glitch.
"The Test" is just like a test at school, once you go over it, you get a grade and usually have the option to see which questions you missed on that test.
"The Classic Quiz" just gives you a percentage (0%-100%) on how well you did on the test or how much of something you are, I don't think you need to see what you got wrong there, especially on a "Would I date you?" quiz, so then you'd just switch up your answers to get a higher score because you like the person and then it wouldn't be honest, blah blah blah.
"The Multi-Result Quiz" shouldn't need explanations for correct answers either, this type of quiz is really to see that out of a certain amount of answers, which answer applies to you? Again, with the whole honesty thing.
So yeah. Probably not a glitch. -
There really is no right or wrong answer for any question on any Multi-Result quiz, that's why they don't have the "explanation for correct answer" format. It's all about which result applies to you out of the multiple results.

The explanation to the answers show up when someone gets their result and wish to see the correct answers. Then, the correct answers get a green tick mark and the explanation to it shows below them.

Really? I've never seen the explanations next to the correct answers.

aadee is right, it's a comment that shows up on the "see the answers" page. It's only there in case you want to elaborate on something regarding the answer and can be left blank if you want.
