Thread Topic: why is my quiz locked and what is administrator approval?

  I can't make any more edits, and see the following message on the quiz summary page: "This quiz is locked, so you cannot publish changes to it or suspend it without administrator approval. You can preview any changes, however."
  
  Not sure what admin approval is or why that's needed, it wasn't needed half an hour ago. Does anyone know what happened and how I can fix it?
