We already have been through this. No.
This will only cause people to change usernames to another's and that will only cause confusion. -
If you want a new name you can start over.

Hey, another brilliant idea, we can change usernames, but when it is already used, you can't use it. Like: I press'Change name' button, and I enter ''LaughMachine' a sigh says ' this username has been used, please choose another'. You get that?
