He changed the way it works when creating an account, but not the terms themselves.
-
Correcto.
-
Then he must change the terms, when he gets the time, so there is no future confusion. ^3^
-
Right. ^^
-
GTQ is still liable. Might be a may or may not be grey area but best nit to take risks.
-
EmeraldBeem NewbieI'm a kid, and I say I am a kid..Just mentioning by the way..
-
Seriously, who cares. Are you saying people don't lie about their age to make accounts on yahoo answers and YouTube for example? Nothing anyone can do.
-
If someone states they are underage they get banned.
-
I attempted to make an account under a twelve year old's birthday, and I was not allowed to create it because underage birthday yo. So I think he def changed it.
-
GTQ can't read the minds of new people signing up. They are not liable unless a user actually states that they are underage and they do nothing about it.
Tbh though, I really don't care as long as they're not causing trouble. -
gddgsdbxs NewbieI joined when I was 10 years old, saying I was 15 at the time. So yeah, I lied about my age. But I did test it, I made a random account saying that I was 13 years old. Yeah, the age minimum is 13. But I don't have to worry about that too much because I'm turning 13 in 5 months.
-
Oops. Wrong account. That was the account I created with a 13 year old birthday.
-
As for my opinion, as long as they aren't doing anything wrong and acting mature, let's not bother them.
-
I made this account right before my 14th birthday and had no problems, so I'm guessing the age minimum must have already been lowered by March of 2011.
-
Well anyways some kids live in a bad enviorment and there parents allow it but this is a problem that there is kids on here
