The user Pickles123 continues to bump up old threads. Whether or not they're doing it on purpose to piss people off or not, I'm not sure. But it happens (about) once every few days or once a week. Should we penalize them or ignore it?

Since it's only a few so far, it probably doesn't need to be addressed. Maybe "smack him with a rolled up newspaper." Like delete one or two if he doesn't stop.

Um, just because you don't like old threads being bumped and its not popular? Where does it say it the rules that old threads can't be bumped?

It doesn't, but it can technically be considered spam. Bumping up old threads that don't need to be there can be considered rude/irritating and the majority of GTQ can agree. However, we ARE trying to make it so threads can be locked and unable to be posted on so things like this won't happen.
By the way, if you're going to disagree/post something that that, you should be the bigger person and post in your real account. -
I have to agree with Elite on this one. Bumping old threads isn't actually against the rules. If you don't like it, find a way to tell them. But our powers are not meant to be used for what we do and do not like.
