  Log out of your account, I dunno if this helps or not but I always do it.
  Log in to quiz.
  Edit quiz details.
  Enter your username, don't click link to my account.
  Accept TOS.
  Submit.
  Go to forums to log in.
  Log in.
  Go to profile.
  Click link quiz.
  Enter quizzes name and password.
  Make sure they are accurate.
  Clcik submit.
  If unknown error you have no hope.
