How many quizzes would I have to make to level up to a junior?

That doesn't really matter, it just matters about your participaction on GTQ.
But still, have at least six or more quizes if you want to level up. But mainly participation is important. -
You move up by creating quizzes, taking quizzes, commenting on them, posting to forums, and also just having an account for a long time. Creating quizzes and getting them to the front page has the greatest effect. For your quiz to get to the front page, it has to be popular. Taking your own quiz multiple times to try to make it popular won't work. It has to be different people taking it.
