Thread Topic: What if we could enlarge pictures?
-
If somebody posted a picture that is too small to see or too big to fit, we could click on it to see it better, and if it was offensive, we'd call moderators like we could. Just like whoever had the idea of larger profile pictures, we could enlarge those too.
-
That is, if it wouldn't be too much coding for GTQ Guy.
-
I nominate this for 'Quizzy Award for Best Question'.

This feature is pointless. Enlarging an image simply makes it blurry. And resizing images is easy.
-
I'm with Geek on this. There's always that Google feature that allows re-sizing pictures.

I do not understand...

the threads initial intent was to suggest that it be programmed that images posted change their sizes to fit in the forums and to be able to be clicked on to make them bigger.
Geek pointed out that this would make it blurry and changing a pictures size is easy.
Then ten said there's a google feature for changing a pictures size. -
Most pictures are formatted specifically to fit the profile's picture area's size and ratio. Why can't it be reverse-formatted so the picture reverts to it's original size? Or is the original size lost in time and space?
For the Google feature... I haven't stumbled across it yet. -
-Google images
on the search bar there is a camera. Click it.
You now have the option of putting in an image URL or selecting one from your computer.
When you search it will use your image as a search item and will find anything else that is the same or as visually similar as possible.
Including any size you want it in. -
Thanks. Is there one on bing?
