Thread Topic: Two-Mod Rule
-
Just a suggestion, but if GTQ Guy decides to relegate user deletion capabilities to the mods, I propose a multimod rule. Two or three mods must agree to delete a user, which would prevent the possible abuse of this power.
I mean, if this system is used by the government to validate a nuclear strike, why couldn't it work here? -
We already need 2 MODS to delete a post, how many more do you want?Moderator
-
Oh oh and User deletion will never happen XD
That sort of power will be severely abused -
Power as it is is being abused!
Join the revolution!
Free accounts!
Take the boards!
Liberty for all!
We shall eat cake! -
It takes two to delete a post. I think if this happens at all, we need pretty much all of the mods to agree. And probably not even deletion. More like temporary suspension.
-
^^^And they say British are civilized people
-
*Actually, it may not even be two. I think it depends on how often we use the button. .-.
-
I already sujested that all or most of us have to agree. If we aer granted that powerModerator
-
How about just three?
-
That still seems like it'd be just a little bit too easy. It should be more. If someone really deserves that to happen to them, then there won't be any problem finding a sufficient number of mods to implement it.

I don't feel comfortable with our mods being able to delete users. GTQ Guy may think they're competent, but they're still human.
