  Alright, so I guess I'm the new guy here then.
  
  Just going to make this quick and brief, I see that other users have avatars under their names, and I sadly don't. Now, since the design of this website is kinda...terrible, how can I give myself an avatar?

  Hi there, welcome to GTQ
  
  The system works by status, you cannot choose to use an avatar until you are a Novice which is the first rank up you'll recieve. You can rank up by creating quizzes, taking quizzes and posting on the forums. I believe it only takes one quiz to rank up to Novice but I'm not completely sure on that anymore.
  
  You also cannot post links (Like the one that turn blue instead of showing up as [NO URLS] when you post) until you are of Junior (or was it Experienced?) status.
