  Get her a silver (or gold, real or fake, as long as it doesn't look like crap) heart-shaped locket, and put a picture of you and her in it! Leave it for her in her room (secretly) with a rose, romantic ideas lol!...or you can just go with the necklace with her birthstone like sapphire said, whichever way you want to go.....
