The drug you are speaking of is called "Burundanga"
It's a toxin that comes from a flower from what I've read.
And these are the websites you spoke of.
You obviously didn't read it fully, because I just did, and they both pretty much called it a hoax because there was too much evidence against it.
One: Burundanga can't seep through skin, it has to be inhaled as a powder or ingested from a food or drink. It is in fact as bad as you say it is, but it has to be taken almost the exact same way as GHB. That story you fed me is near identical to the one I just read about the chain letter that was just proven wrong.
Calm your tits guys, however, it doesn't mean you should let your guard down.

Carri- eh, i still feel bad for victims. And dont talk to strangers at night? If i see some shady looking car comin down the road slowly durring the day, i just start walking the other way. Dont matter if its day or night. If i see somethin shady, then i avoid it
