Cas NewbieOk... so my friend needs help. she wants to know how you let a guy know that you like him without sounding desperate...any advice?

I would just give him subtle hints. You know, like picking him for your team/partner in a group game, or just talking to him online, even just paying attention to him when no one else does or complimenting him might get him thinking.

Just be yourself and maybe flirt a little.
NOTE that I said LITTLE not A LOT!!
This has worked with me many times, I use lame pick up lines to make them laugh, then we just get into a conversation. :)

no offense alejandro98 but I would advise you NOT to tell him you liked him. Guys are intelectuall people, not as much emotional like we girls are. You tell him you like him, he'll be like, 'So.. what am I supposed to do with that information?? What do you want from me?" If you tell him that, he'll immedeatly think you want something and expect something from him. Men- theyre intellectual thinkers.

Gently brush past him. Smile and lock your eyes together for 2 seconds before looking down. Twiddle your hair because this will make him long for you. When both of you are talking lean in closer to let him know you're interested. Gently punch him when he makes a joke.

Act like you feel you're not good enough for him. When he looks at you, look right into his eyes for like one second, then look down. If he talks to you, act shy. He'll want you even more if you play hard to get.

2) dont be desperate
3) find a common interest
4) dont be a jerk to his friends
5) dont expect him to ditch his guy friends right off the bat
6) casually flirt a LITTLE not alot. -
