Two things. 1: Please use proper spelling and grammar, it drives people on this site crazy if you always talk like that.
2: Give him subtle hints. "Accidentally" brush against his hand or arm. Smile when he looks you in the eyes, look him in the eyes when you're talking to him. -

I'd just be honest. Is he a friend of yours, and you talk a lot? If he is he should at least be kind about it if he doesn't like you. If not, he's an ass and was never worth your time anyway. I hope it goes well. -
