1st. Make sure you actually DO like him before you go for it or if he says yes, what if you wind up disliking him after?
2nd. Are you friends with him? It's generally easier to tell someone you like them if you're friends with them.
3rd. Just tell them straight out. Straightforward gets the message accross, see number 1 first, then look at this: The sooner you ask, the better, cause no matter how long you delay it, their answer will always be the same (with a few exceptions) so it's best to know rather than to drag it on. -
