and you can say that you could still be friends or be closer than that -
Yeah, both of them are right. What I would do is show signs, be a little bit nicer than usual and if he reacts good then tell him how you feel about him.

Barney NewbieI kinda do show signs already, and so does he. 2 days ago I saw him for the first time in a couple of weeks and I punched him and he hugged me.

maybe you can write a short letter saying you like him and if he's cool with it?

just bring it up. make it lite and sort of passing so that if it doesn't go well you can let it blow over...that's what i say...
