  Okay..so..err..what would you do if..
  
  You liked someone for the past year. They know you like them. But you've never spoken to them.EVER. Your too shy and that other person is too shy.
  
  What would you do?

  say hi causually. in the hall if you see them just say "hi ____". then after saying hi for a while start havbing actual conversations

  ok namey if your really shy maybe you should pass by him say hi and smile and walk off..the next day try to start a nice convo

  Be like a ninja and make it so he doesn't suspect a thing. Write a note than shove it in his locker saying like... I really like you but I don't know how to tell you. Meet me behind the school during lunch. Ya be all ninja like.... Guys dig that.

  Um, I can't offer any good advice on this. There was a girl liked all through 11th grade and I didn't end up talking to her until the last day of school, so the whole thing was just really sloppy and hastily done.

  if u feel ur ready to start a convo/ tlk to him about his interests, hobbies, while doing this keep eye contact and smile dont over do it u'll look like a zombie and scare him off/ if he has a pet tlk about, name breed etc this usually works/if u hv the same friend with him tlk about the friend in a good way like"did u go to ---- party on saturday/ when u catch his eye keep eye contact and smile, he might start conersation with u, dont stalk him that just creepy/ weather conversations/if he is a sport fan ask stuff about that sport team, score fave player/ ask for a pen remember to bring paper, u really dont have to write anything but pretend ur writing something then say something like thanx ur alife saver, wow nice pen were did u get it from/ time, dont bring anything that tells time like watches cellphones ipods etc..., if he has a wrist wathc or anything else ask what time is it

  Well, with my amazing girl charm I would make them talk xD Jk
  
  I would just say, "Hi, My name is ______." With a big smile and shake their hand. (I always do that with someone new xD) I wouldn't be shy haha

  Its gonna be harder if you're shy,But here is some advice from Viktor :{D :
  To start everything,The next time you see him,just make a simple eye contact with him,and then break it after 3 seconds.(This will show him that you like him).
  After that wait untill the next time you see him and simply go to him and say hi then try to keep a good convo with him.You will notice it if he likes you :D
