glitterchick97 NoviceOk so there's this guy that I met last year at camp and back then I had a huge crush on a celeb and I didn't really care for any other guys. I didn't talk to him much him and his friend just came over to my friend and I while my friend was climbing a tree. They started climbing the tree too and his friend was being kinda annoying. He was kinda quiet but he flirted with one of my friends a few times but I didn't care. Anyways this year at camp I saw him the first day and something in me just clicked and I have no idea why but I just fell head over heels for him:) I spent most of the week staring at him from behind my sunglasses cuz I'd never flirted or done anything like that before. One day i saw him sitting by himself during a game and so i my friend and i sat down by him and i tried to start a conversation. He talked to me bu he never een once looked at me and than after a minute he walked away. Id seen him talking normally to lots of other girls so I know that hes not shy. I thought that he hated me or something but he didn't have a reason too. Later one of my friends kept trying to make me bump into him (I didn't tell her to she just randomly did it and it was hilarious lol). But that made him notice her and he thought that she liked him and so he started asking her for her number and stuff but of course she didn't
give it to him. And this whole time he never even looked at me so I was pretty sure that he hated me. Later he started flirting win each of my friends one by one which made me feel even worse:( So finally on the last day I started flirting with him and to my surprise he flirted back:) And when I was time to leave then I hugged him when his arms were full but I don't know if he liked it or not cuz I didn't look at his face I just walked away after saying goodbye. But a few minutes later I saw him walking out to his car and I said bye and he smiled at me:) it was he best feeling in the world and it made me feel so inexplicably happy:D -
glitterchick97 NoviceSo anyways my question is: does he like me? If so why didn't he look at me until I started flirting? Is he just a player? I'm pretty sure he's not but I don't know him very well. Thank you so much if you read my long story it means alot to me:)

he likes you he was trying to get you jealous by flirting with your friends, he knew what your friend was trying to do by bumping into him

because thats what guys do, they make you jealous to ask them out because they are too embarrassed to ask you out

He sounds like a player to me. I'm in a similar situation...except we do talk and when I'm talking to another boy he stares for a second and then starts flirting with another girl, not to mention he's even got a girlfriend. Middle school boys can stink.
