  Don't be too pushy or needy, don't be too distant either. Unless you're drop-dead-sexy or something, don't go for the hard-to-get look because it won't work. Don't act too girly. Make him feel like he's doing something for you and you need him, so basically, laugh at his jokes, and do a bunch of little things, chat normally.

  Don't act desperate or overly girly. Don't be pushy and expect him to do stuff for you. Don't rat out on him. Maybe he'll listen to you if you listen to him. Don't ask fo moola. Laugh at his jokes and make him laugh. Smile. Don't force him to do things he doesn't want to do.
  
  Make him feel like he matters.
