I know a boy, I'm 14, he's 19. He's told me that he loves me a few times, and this makes me feel weird. He's sweet as sugar so I know he wouldn't hurt me or do you-know-what with me, and also if my parents knew this, they'd kill me...

Hey, I know it's not my thread, but being in a relationship with someone who's pretty much an adult while you're a minor isn't safe and might not be legal depending where you live
When you become an adult it would be okay but right now it isn't the best idea fren -

This also isn't my thread but I want to interject and tell you that relationship is not safe! At all! That sounds like a predatory man trying to groom you into a relationship with him. Chances are, he knows exactly what he's doing. He is an adult, and you are a child. I know you may think he is nice and so sweet, and that he gives you butterflies and a fluttery heart, but I do want to warn you that what he's saying and how he is treating you, is a common tactic predatory people use to get young people to like them when they know it isn't legal or okay to do! You should tell your parents about this man
Imagine going on a date with him anyway and people mistake him for your father or babysitter 🤢 ew. Awkward! And it sounds just plain weird right?
