  However, it depends on how many people you think are your "true love." Because you could be in love with someone, but it may not work out.
  
  I think you'll know it's your true love if you're with them forever, and you're happy about it.

  If you both love each other, and want to be together until the day you die bascially is what I consider true love :P But it does have to be both people to consider it true love, otherwise it's just you having a major want for someone else.

  cuz in The Notebook noah asks ally out and he totally loves her from the first time he sees her but she only loves him later, after their date...
  
  ...soo, er, *cough* if:
  
  1. you can't stop thinking about them
  2. start coming up with marriage ideas, kiddies etc.
  3. have told your friends
  4. feel all tingly when you see/touch them

  ah, don't mind me, i hate just about every movie i nitpick at
  
  but the result is the same, if it's happened in a moviie, don't compare it to real life cause it's fiction based off a love-lorn woman's fantasy.
