You see there was this girl I dated I don't 3 or 4 years back. I broke up with her about two weeks after we started. (mainly because she started sliting people's wrist's with a key and she was a freakish psycho) but even after I told her numerous times we're through she still thinks were together and Now she thinks im cheating on her which isn't possible because we haven't dated in years.

Simple. You spell it out for her BEST you can and stay near whom you're dating now. Or call the asylum on her.
