Personality matters most and the way they talk.
Looks wise. I would say the eyes. "The eyes are windows into the soul" or something like that. :3 I especially blue or gray ones. x3 -
Isn't what you notice first? Like appearance. The personality usually comes second.

@Leah No, I usually notice the way they talk first. Sometimes the way someone speaks shows a bit about their personality. Sometimes you hear a person before you see them.

FLgirl92 NewbieAbout the opposite gender? Well I'm likely to notice a guy's muscles first, but I also notice quickly is a guy is sweet and has a good sense of humor. At this point I probably look for that more than anything.

Their hair, eyes, smile, I would say their personality, but, I usually notice the guys I don't know. So their personality isn't part of it.
