I'll take a stab.
My perfect guy is on the lanky side - 5'9 and above, and thin. Definitely nerdy (legit nerdy Computers talk not likes cartoons nerdy), glasses, green or blue eyes and brown hair. White. Freckles are optional. Dyed hair is a no, and piercings are a no as well.
Wears nice clothes, shirt and slacks. Not jeans sagging on your ass. I hate the whole hipster/emo s--- people pull off so that's a no.
Smart, kind, as long as you aren't an a--hole, you're cool. -
Personality:I like a guy who is unique,charming,and different from most people.I don't like people are tough.I'd like a softie but not a push over.I'd like someone who is into the same music as me.I would love a guy who is giving.I love someone who likes to snuggls.I love snuggles.
Looks:I prefer a guy with green eyes.It doesn't matter what hair color hair they have as long as it's a natural hair color,but if I had to pick,I would like light brown hair or blonde.I'd love someone who is skinny or average. -
I agree with iron butterfly with the no piercings.I also don't want him with a ton of tatoos.He can dye his hair,but a natural hair color.

Ironbutterfly- I'm smart, kind, and a computer nerd. However I'm emo(not stupid about it though, more by the definition, like emotional, mostly joyous anymore.), I'm 5' 7" or so, otherwise I don't think I meet your criteria.
Girl_Almighty- I certainly meet the personality criteria, cuddles and snuggles! //.^ Sadly I have black hair and dark brown eyes. I'm skinny, but not a stick. I think I meet most of your criteria.
Once someone meets your personality criteria, you tend to ignore how they look, with little stuff anyway. -

Looks: Black/Brown hair, green eyes, freckles, always wears some sort of tee and jean outfit.
Personality: Calm, but can get a little weird and funny. I like boys with a clever mind and good education. I really don't care much about looks, but more on the inside. Although, my dream looks on my love WOULD be nice.
Religion: I really don't care what he believes in. I'll go with anything. His beliefs.
Other: Has very nice friends and maybe a job as a weilder, or some type of construction worker. Some sort of clean school/college record would be nice. I would like to have babies with him. -

He should be way taller than me. DIMPLES. Maybe glasses, not super dark, maybe a very light brown skin tone. Brow or black hair, brown, blue, or green eyes. Friendly, nice, funny, enthusiastic, playful, cares about me. He can be protective of me, I love that. Maybe stand up for me. Not scared to hold my hand in public. Loves to hang out and talk. Still surprises me after we've known each other long. Not afraid to tell me he loves me in front of his friends. Likes to go to parties. Most of all, loves me.
