What is love not? Love is not the feeling you get when you've been drinking cristal, took a handful of pills and popped them all. Its not defined by being high because first and last you fall.
Love is not acceptance of something less for the sake convenience, or making it past a "test". Love is not measured by our fortitude to drudge, its not a servitude, not eating something gross because you have too, because you can't love something you don't want around you no matter how many times you tell yourself you do.
love is not selfless, and its not stingy. Love is not the attachment to that one toaster that cooked the bread just right on both the sides. Love is not blindly going along for the ride. It's not like a fire, there's really no flames, no embers, no timber in pile like a funeral pyre. It's not as easy as the idea of being together; not as complicated every adult ever tends to tell you when you're a kid.
Love is nothing more, or less, then deciding to care for someone who you already had feelings for.
Why be suprised that its something so simple? Ten thousand years of civilization, and nearly person whos lived experienced love at one point. Odds are it can't be that difficult.
