So I've been dating this girl for almost a year now. We've known each other since we were younger, and we lived close to each other and saw each other a lot.
I recently moved from Ohio (where I saw her every day) to England. She asked me to go out with her over a facetime call after I moved, and I have only seen her once since. I'd like to think that our relationship could last, but things just aren't working out.
For one, our time zones are five hours off. When I'm in class, she's typically asleep. When she's in class, I'm in my afternoon/evening free time. And when I'm going to sleep is her free time. The amount of talking we do consists of me emailing or texting her while she's in class or asleep, and I won't see her reply for a while, so we have maybe a few replies worth of conversation a day.
The last time I actually saw her face-to-face (including facetime calls) was three months ago when she made a trip over here to visit for three days.
I feel that things just aren't working out, and I'm wondering if you guys think that we should break it off or not. -
Oh, and she also wants me to take an expensive trip to visit her for one day. During my school year. She's entirely inconsiderate of the fact that I'm taking my classes during the summer as well, and insists that I can ignore my studies for a few days just because she isn't in classes during the summer.

if it's not working out then you should break up or you could set a certain time to facetime each other

friendzone her. you cannot maintain a long distance relationship for long anyway before one of you snaps.
