What if they think I'm stupid? What if they think I'm insane (I'm not btw.)? What if they think I'm annoying?! ;~; The truth is that I do like a girl, and it should be painfully obvious who it is. But I always make a fool of myself in front of her and I think she thinks I'm mentally unstable(I'm stable, mind you.). I just don't know what to do..

You got to ignore your negative thoughts, its hard but possible.
They may not look at you like you are stupid and crazy but since you have these thoughts you may seem pretty convinced about all the negatives
Just ignore the thoughts and be yourself and everything else happens for the best
