Sooooooo I kind of hate super organized things. Like, advanced planning, is good. but when every little detail has to be done a certain way, it drives me crazy. and our prom is like that. but my boyfriend really wants to go, and he never is that opinionated on anything, so I feel like I should go. and my best friend who went last year told me it was fun and that I'd enjoy it. . . IDK I also hate commitment, so saying I'll go is sort of terrifying to me.
IDK opinions? those who have gone to prom, what was it like? fun?

you should go
a lot of people are mad at me for not going even though I didn't even have anyone to go with, not even friends (I was in a program where all my classes were at the college instead of the highschool, so I didn't really know anyone at the high school).. they just keep saying I missed out on one of the funnest parts of my life -
Oh, I should also mention, I still have one more year I could go. I'm a junior this year.

But really, follow your heart. Think of it like this, you'll have fun dancing with your boyfriend and you'll have a good laugh if one of you steps on the other ones toes. Seriously, if I had friends, a boyfriend, and parents that would let me go, I would. But you, maybe just try for 15 minutes. If you don't like it, leave. If you like it, stay -
He's really sweet and funny and tends to plan things out a lot, which sometimes is really sweet. like one time we were at his house and he had this heater that glows red and he turned out the lights, and it was basically mood lighting. Sometimes he tends to over plan things though.
He's 6'2 (there's a nine inch height difference), has dark wavy hair which hardly ever cooperates with him, hazel eyes, he wears glasses. He has a bit of a mustache and goatee. He always wears t-shirts. Anddd that's enough isn't it? lol I could keep going xD -
You only have so many chances. If you have the financial stability (and you already have a partner!) it won't hurt to go.
