Sex actually gives the female participant smoother skin and shiny hair. That's literally one of the only reasons I'm willing to try it.

But your friend is 13. Going into a rant about it won't make her listen to you any more, just explain the risks and make sure she's using protection because that's all you can really do. Imo she's too young for this kind of stuff but if she's protected then I don't see much of an issue. It's not your body to control.
