There is this guy I like, he is leaving our school next year. I want to talk to him, but at the same time I don't. I AM REALLY SHY.

Grow some balls woman. I know that comes of ass a dick but seriously if you let your shyness get in the way you're going to miss out on a lot of things and live wondering what could have happened if you were to do it. So yeah go say hi to him and stuffs.

Just find random little casual reasons to talk to him and then gradually begin to talk more and about different stuff. Worked for me.

I agree with Sports19, and maybe try to find some stuff in common. Then, you could exchange numbers and still be able to connect with each other. You can do it! :D
