I would access your current situation and think about whether you still posses romantic feelings for your current boyfriend. If you do, stay with him.
However, if your feelings are stronger for this 'new guy', break it off. It would be unfair to continue leading either guy on.
You need to come to a decision, sooner rathwer than later, and stick by it and take action.

The other guy is so...I can't explain. When I think of him, my legs get all tight and when I see him, I stop breathing. My heart stops and I have to summon my greatest acting skills. My current boyfriend is a little annoying and cheesy but it's really sweet and when I think of getting to talk to him, I start smiling.

I would suggest sticking with your current boyfriend. I've been the guy in that situation, and I can't even begin to explain how much it hurts to find out that someone else left you because they were more interested in someone else.
Although I guess if you absolutely feel the need to leave, then at least be honest. Lying about it or doing it behind his back is just adding insult to injury. -
