This thing keeps coming back, it's like a thing that puts fake ads all over your internet, making it slow and unusable and I've uninstalled it so many times.

I've never heard of that. Is it a virus or something?

Yeah I think I must've downloaded it with it being hidden in something else and now it keeps coming back under different names. Also it turns random words blue and underlined like they're links.
