I wish I had solid advice, but I've been trying to figure it out myself,,, Most of the people I commission are those who have commission info posted somewhere. For TH specifically, I think having your prices and examples in a "character" profile helps a lot. This is what mine looks like, but it's really outdated so don't @ me LOL:
Also, if you don't mind strangers, I recommend joining Art-related discord servers that allow advertisements or self-promotions -
For a sec I thought you meant me Spice and buffered LOL, he's so cute!! I have a code on my profile that's supposed to link to commissions, but I never got around to making it oof (I plan on using one of those fancy sites to make it look pretty)
I'll try that, hopefully someone bites 💪 although I get a little intimidated because there are super talented people with low prices on those servers -

I hope you get some comms regardless of what methods you use for advertising! And yeah, it can be super intimidating... but most people seem to be supportive regardless
