I have a feeling there's going to be some people defending modern art.

If you hate modern art, that's fine.
If people like modern art, that's fine too.
And if people defend modern art, lol.. It's just a bunch of opinions. Let them.
I like all art. Modern art is really pretty and I love studying them. -
But now days you can just splash some paint on a canvas and sell it for tons of money, it makes no sense.

That's how art is, have been, and will always be.
It's not just modern art.
An artist named Marcel Duchamp took a urinal, signed it, and called it art. And it was during a different art period. In other words, art doesn't have to be so detailed and fancy. It can be anything, and Duchamp's art piece is a symbolism of that.

Sorry, but I believe that it does work like that. If something makes you have an emotion, it's art.
