There this girl I know who's 10 and draws eh for a 10 year old. But she has DA and said she's professional even though she don't draw like one. I draw better than her and I'm a Student on DA. And I'm only a year older than her. Maybe professional means something else I guess. But she acts like everyone else's art is better than hers.

I mean that her art is better than everyone else that's what she thinks

Did you see the stuff she posted

.. sadly
yes -
I told you how do I tell her in a nice way that she sucks and using professional
-
Isn't not using
-
Just let her be. I think you're being a bit rude. I would say that her drawing level is perfect okay for her age. She's young and she will improve with time. You're not a professional either so you can't judge like you are one.

I'm not I know some of my drawing suck
Eh I give up then just ignore it then (' ^ ') -
That's exactly why they're trying to find a nice way to tell them they're kind of inferior in drawing and they don't live up to the "professional artist" status yet and that they should try to improve. We're no professors or scholars of art, but as common man we should be able to point out the mediocrity and errors into something so we can remember what went incorrect the first time and conduct retrials so we can improve and progress last times messups.
And yes, it's kind of dumb that we're giving miniscule explanations to why the art isn't as aesthetically pleasing as we wish it could be. We should engage in a more productice and specific discussion on why the art isn't great and give some criticism and advice.
Nobody is exempt from trying and perfecting. I'm not, they aren't, and neither is Bonnie Fan. I would like some constructive criticism rather than people sucking on the good parts through the entirety of their overly-pleasant commentary about my work.
There's much more that I could do to improve, like anatomy, which is something I mostly need to focus on definitely.
Sounds unnecessarily preachy, but come on dude?
Professional amateur, amirite? -
Some constructive criticism is what the person needs to see, not "your art sucks".
-
My apologies then. Next time, I'll be sure to offer the most thoughtful criticism that I can offer.

s---, she draws better than me when I was ten. XD She'll be awesome if she keeps practicing, so just let her do what she does. (I'm a little concerned that she's such a weeb at such a young age but I suppose that's not the issue here, just a bit odd). Maybe you could compliment her while also sneaking in a little criticism. Although, you said she thinks her art is better so she may get defense. That attitude itself is a problem, but I'm certain it will fade as she matures (I've seen the same thing with kids I went to middle school with; they think they're all superior and now they think they're s---). I really look forward to see what she puts out as she gets older.
